Games room
During your stay, you will have exclusive use of all facilities, beautiful lawns and even a walled garden. We also have a football pitch (5 a-side), badminton, tennis and volleyball courts. Table tennis, pool table and air hockey are located in our games facility. There is a solar heated swimming pool on site (accessible from Easter to September) which many groups enjoy during the summer months.
Other activities available
You can arrange activities such as slides with water and detergent, bouncy castles, laser tag games, obstacle courses, survival camps, shelter building, archery and more. Also we have the perfect setting for wide games such as capture the flag or treasure hunt. The grounds are adaptable and there should be plenty of space to create your own activities.

Hiking in the area
The Pentrenant Hall Christian Holiday Centre is in a beautiful part of Wales; this is a landscape steeped in history with views of rolling farmland and plenty of opportunity for walks that will take you off the beaten track. Offa’s Dyke and The Kerry Ridgeway are both approx one mile away. Other local areas to walk are in the Churchstoke hills (5 miles away), Stiperstones nature reserve (14 miles) and The Long Mynd (14 miles). There are many castles nearby which are well worth a visit such as Montgomery Castle (5 miles away) and Powis Castle, near Welshpool (12 miles). If you would like any more information about local places to visit then we will be happy to advise you.
Kitchens
The main kitchen has a large gas cooker, additional hob and double oven. Also, a large fridge, chest freezer, microwave, hot water urn, and a rotary toaster. The second kitchen allows space for washing-up and features a two minute cycle glass/dishwasher. We also have as much cutlery, utensils, saucepans, china and crockery as you will need.
Barbecues
Many groups want a barbecue during their stay and we provide both propane and traditional barbeques for your use. Supermarkets such as Asda, Tesco or Sainsbury's will deliver food to Pentrenant Hall.
Living/Meeting room
This room comes equiped with a full HD 1080p projector to watch movies, display presentations, etc. There is wifi in this room as well as in the rest of the building and outside. There is comfortable seating around the central woodburner too.
Wi-Fi access
Pentrenant Hall is equiped with the latest industrial strength wireless network technology that allows guests to roam around the building and gardens without loosing an internet connection. Our WiFi network offers fast and secure broadband internet access. (Access given to leaders only for camps. Fair usage policy applies).
